Refund policy

Returns

Due to the products are used for private part, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a different size.

However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please contact us ASAP with 24 hours, and we'll arrange it out for you!

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Any used or worn items, lingerie, pantyhose, cages, sexy toys with broken seals or used underwear will not be returned. Custom items with your name or other content you requested cannot be returned.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you refuse on purpose, we’ll charge you 30% restocking fee and shipping fee.

 

Cancellation

1. If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished, 6% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

2. If between 2 hour to 12 hours, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee and handling fee.

3. If after 12 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

4. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out usually. If the item shipped out and you want to cancel it, we will charge you 20% as handling fee and shipping fee if the item can be intercepted and recalled back. If it shipped out but can't recalled back,  order can’t be canceled.

Refunds

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you are rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason.

If you paid by paypal, when refund, you will be charged the paypal fee: 4.44% of the amount of order+$0.3. 

*The mystery box can’t be returned and replaced.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially issue a refund.

Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Sale items

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your residence, the arrival time of the exchanged products may vary.

If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from shipping to an incorrect address provided by a customer.
